摘要
被称为人类"入地望远镜"的科学钻探是人类解决发展过程中一系列能源、资源、环境问题的重要途径。现有顶驱主要是为了满足石油钻井的需求而设计的,顶驱的转速不能满足深部勘探一机多用的要求,需要设计能满足更深地层回转钻进需要的液压顶驱。确定了液压顶驱液压系统的总体方案,阐述了其工作原理,绘制了液压原理图。
Scientific drilling is called man' s "Underground Telescope". It' s an important way solve a series of energy, re-sources, environmental problems during the development process. Top-drive is designed to meet the demand of petroleum drill. Existing top-drive can' t afford enough speed for multi-purpose deep exploration. It' s need to design rotary drill for deep stratum to meet de-mand. The general planning of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic top drive system was determined. Its working principle was dis-cussed and its hydraulic schematic diagram was drawn.
