摘要
为提高自动钻床的可靠性与经济性,构建一种由记忆元件和门元件组成的步进模块,利用步进模块分别设计出能实现自动钻床钻头二次、三次进给的气控回路,最后利用软件对所设计的气控回路进行仿真分析。结果表明:执行元件能够按照设计要求完成钻头的多次进给动作,验证了步进模块在气控回路中使用的正确性与可靠性。
A stepper module consisted of a memory element and a gate element was constructed in order to improve the reliability and economy of the automatic drill machine. The stepper module was used to design a several times feed pneumatic loop of automatic drill machine. Then simulating analysis for the pneumatic loop was done by using FluidSIM software. The results show that drill bit can complete the task of several times feeding motion. The accuracy and reliability of the stepper module in pneumatic loop are verified.
