介绍一种新型多通道位移传感器在机床刀具断裂检测中的应用,能够解决多刀具断裂检测难及浪费加工节拍等问题,为机床制造商及用户提供一种解决刀具断裂的方案。
The application of a new type of multichannel sensor in tool break check for CNC machine was introduced. The prob-lems that multi tool break check was difficult and this kind of check wasted processing time were solved. It provides a way to solve tool break for CNC machine and customer.
