KMXQ-150可回收斜向器的研制及试验

摘要 采用国外的可回收斜向器,其工具及技术服务费用非常昂贵,大幅度增加了钻井成本。为此,研制了KMXQ-150可回收斜向器。该工具主要由送入及丢手单元、导斜开窗单元、封隔单元及锚定单元等组成。工具通过液压力驱动卡瓦坐封锚定,采用打捞钩或组合式打捞矛抓住斜向器导斜体连续上提打捞回收。室内测试结果表明,斜向器轴向抗压可达到480 k N,周向抗扭可达到10 k N·m。室内进行的模拟开窗试验中,开窗铣锥在水泥靶上成功侧钻,斜向器经受住了长时间开窗扭矩及钻压的考验,锚定可靠。开窗试验完成后,采用打捞钩成功将斜向器回收,表明该斜向器各项技术指标达到了设计要求。 Foreign retrievable whipstock and its service are highly expensive, which may significantly increase the drilling cost. In this circumstance, a slip-type retrievable whipstock for 7 inch casing has been developed. The tool is mainly composed of the running and release unit, the slope window opening unit, the packer unit and the anchoring unit. It is anchored by hydraulic driven slips and retrieved by grabbing and pulling the whipstock guide slope using a fishing hook or a combined spear. Laboratory tests showed that the whipstock has an axial compression of up to 480 kN and a circumferential torsion of 10 kN·m. In the window opening simulation test, the tapered mill has successfully sidetracked the cement target. The whipstock has withstood the long time torque and WOB of win-dow opening test with reliable anchoring. Then, the tool has successfully been recovered using a fish hook after completion of the test, indicating that the whipstock' s technical indicators meet the design requirements.
