输血工作是现代医学的重要部分,在日常工作中,输血科工作人员密切接触带有各种传染性疾病的患者血样,极易造成损伤。因工作场所及工作内容的特殊性,面临着可能受到交叉感染的困境,医务人员已成为医院职业感染高危频发的群体,对医务人员进行教育已被多数国家认为是减少职业暴露的主要措施。美国CDC已将该项工作作为强制执行推荐给全美所有医院[1],如果不进行正确的个人防护,随时可能发生感染。外国实验室生物安全专家强调,工作人员的工作态度和个人行为占实验室生物安全的90%,硬件设施和仪器设备占10%。

In the daily work,staff at blood transfusion department were close contact with a variety of infectious diseases in patients with blood,and extremely easy to cause damage. Foreign Laboratory of bio safety experts stressed that the work of the staff of the attitude and personal behavior accounted for the lab＇s 90% of the safety,the hardware and equipment accounted for 10%.
