腹腔镜下行宫角切开取胚术治疗宫角妊娠的临床价值研究

The Clinical Value of Cornual Embryo Removal Surgery by Laparoscopic for the Cornual Pregnancy

目的研究分析腹腔镜下行宫角切开取胚术治疗宫角妊娠的临床价值。方法将我院治疗的宫角妊娠患者34例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组为17例,观察组实施腹腔镜下宫角切开取胚术治疗,而对照组采用传统剖宫术治疗,对比两组临床指标。结果观察组术中出血量、肛门排气时间以及平均住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05),而手术时间与对照组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);术后2周后HCG浓度以及HCG浓度恢复正常时间相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对于宫角妊娠患者采用腹腔镜下行宫角切开取胚术治疗,术中出血少,创伤小,缩短恢复时间。

Objective To study the clinical value of cornual embryo removal surgery by Laparoscopic for the cornual pregnancy. Methods Treatment of cornual pregnancy 34 cases in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each for 17 cases. Observation group implemented cornual embryo removal surgery by Laparoscopic,while the control group was treated with traditional cesarean section,then compared two groups of clinical indicators. Results The amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time and average hospitalization time in observation group were better than those in control group（P 0.05）,and the operation time was no significant difference from control group（P 0.05）. No significant difference was observed between HCG concentration and HCG concentration returning to normal time at 2 weeks after operation（P 0.05）. Conclusion For cornual pregnancy by laparoscopic palace angle incision embryo surgery has less bleeding,less trauma,and shorten the recovery time.
