锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折效果观察

Effect of Locking Plate in the Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fractures in Elderly Patients

目的观察锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的效果。方法选取24例老年肱骨近端骨折患者,给予肱骨近端锁定钢扳内固定手术治疗。采用Neer评分评价骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复情况。结果 24例手术患者均获得6~12个月的随访,骨折全部愈合,平均16周,本组术后无神经损伤,无肱骨头坏死,无固定松动和断裂。Neer评分：其中优15例,良6例,可3例,优良率为87.5%。结论锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效确切。

Objective Effect of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients was observed. Methods 24 cases of elderly patients with proximal humerus fractures,giving the proximal humerus locking steel plate internal fixation surgery. Using Neer score to evaluate fracture healing and recovery of shoulder joint function. Results 24 patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,all the fractures healed,the average time was 16 weeks. No nerve injury,no necrosis of the humeral head,no fixation loosening and breakage. Neer score,excellent in 15 cases,good in 6 cases,3 cases was general,the excellent rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Locking plate in the treatment of elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures was effective.
