小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊息肉的临床效果

Clinical Effect of the Small Incision Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallbladder Polyps

目的观察并分析小切口胆囊切除术在胆囊息肉的治疗中的应用价值。方法选取80例胆囊息肉患者,依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为40例。对照组行开腹胆囊切除术,观察组行小切口胆囊切除术。结果两组手术所需时间、术中的出血量、术后第1次肛门排气的时间和下床活动的时间以及并发症的发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胆囊息肉的治疗中,小切口胆囊切除术具有应用价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the application value of the small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder polyps. Methods Chose 80 patients with gallbladder polyps,according to the different treatment methods,they were devided into observation group and control group,each group 40 cases. The control group usedn open cholecystectomy,and the observation group used small incision cholecystectomy. Results Two groups of operation time,blood loss, postoperative bed time,the first time of anus exhaust time,and the incidence of complications,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of gallbladder polyps,small incision cholecystectomy has application value.
