摘要
目的探讨老年结直肠癌并急性肠梗阻手术治疗的临床疗效评价。方法选取我院2010年10月~2014年10月收治的老年结直肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者90例为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察组采取急诊手术,比较分析两组临床疗效与患者满意度。结果观察组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为88.89%,差异有统计学意义;观察组满意度100%,对照组为91.11%,其差异有统计学意义。结论急诊手术用于老年结直肠癌并急性肠梗阻,能帮助患者早日康复,有效提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgery in treatment of elderly patients with colorectal cancer and acute intestinal obstruction. Methods 90 cases of colorectal cancer and acute intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2014 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received routine surgical treatment. The observation group was treated with emergency operation. The clinical efficacy and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.78%,the control group was 88.89%,and the difference was statistically significant. The observation group＇satisfaction rate was 100%,the control group was 91.11%,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Emergency operation for elderly patients with colorectal cancer and acute intestinal obstruction can effectively improve patient S＇satisfaction,help patients to recover soon.
