米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合负压吸宫术对哺乳期妊娠流产的影响观察

Effects of Mifepristone and Misoprostol Combined With Vacuum Aspiration Abortion for Pregnancy Lactation

目的考察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合负压吸宫术对哺乳期妊娠流产的有效性和安全性。方法本研究选择我院90例哺乳期妊娠流产患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组(n=45),其中给予观察组患者进行米非司酮配伍米索前列醇醇联合负压吸宫术进行手术,对照组患者给予负压吸宫人工流产手术,对两组患者流产结局进行分析。结果观察组患者完全流产率为95.6%优于对照组84.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在手术时的出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合负压吸宫术对哺乳期妊娠流产的手术效果突出,术后的不良症状少,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of mifepristone and misoprostol combined with vacuum aspiration abortion for lactating. Methods In this study,90 cases of hospital lactation abortion patients as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group（n=45）,which was observed in patients using mifepristone and misoprostol joint alcohol vacuum aspiration surgery. Control group were treated with vacuum aspiration abortion,and the abortion outcomes of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The complete abortion rate was 95.6% of patients in observation group was significantly better than the control group＇84.4%, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Observation group of bleeding during surgery was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol combined with vacuum aspiration abortion,the lactating surgical results have fewer postoperative adverse symptoms and high security.
