地诺前列酮栓应用于足月胎膜早破引产中的效果观察

Effect of Dinoprostone Suppositories for Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的分析地诺前列酮栓（欣普贝生）在足月胎膜早破引产中的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的足月胎膜早破引产患者90例为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予欣普贝生治疗,比较分析2组临床疗效与患者满意度。结果观察组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为88.89%,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者满意度100%,对照组为91.11%,差异有统计学意义。结论在足月胎膜早破引产中采用欣普贝生治疗,具有良好治疗效果,能有效提高患者治疗满意度,帮助患者早日恢复健康。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of pubeisheng in preterm premature rupture of membranes in the induced abortion. Methods In our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were full-term fetal membrane early broken induction with 90 cases as the object of study,and were divided into 2 groups. The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group received more shellfish treatment,and analyzed two groups of clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,the control group was 88.89%,the difference was statistically significant. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100%,the control group was 91.11%,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Pubeisheng treatment has a good therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the patients＇ satisfaction,help the patients recover soon.
