尼可地尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Nicorandil in Treatment of Coronary Angina

目的观察尼可地尔在治疗冠心病心绞痛中的临床效果。方法搜集2014年7月~2015年6月我院接收的108例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机将他们分为对照组和实验组。对照组接受常规治疗并注射单硝酸异山梨酯,实验组在进行常规治疗的基础上应用尼可地尔,两组进行1个月的治疗后观察比较疗效差异。结果对照组总有效率为84.00%（42/50）,实验组总有效率为94.83%（55/58）,实验组高于对照组,且实验组中没有发生不良反应的患者。结论尼可地尔在治疗冠心病心绞痛的应用中起到了良好疗效,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective Clinical effect of Nicorandil in treatment of coronary angina is to be studied. Methods Chose 108 coronary angina patients who were treated in hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 and separated them into control group and study group at random. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment combined with injection of isosorbide mononitrate,while patients in study group were given nicorandil treatment in addition to conventional treatment,and then compared treatment effects between two groups after one-month. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in control group was 84.00%（42/50）. While, patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was 94.83%（55/58）,which was much higher than that in control group. Besides,there is no case of side-effect in study group. Conclusion Nicorandil is effective in treatment of coronary angina and it is conducive to reducing side-effect incidence.
