养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的临床研究

Clinical Study on Yangxue Qingnao Keli in Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的对养血清脑颗粒在原发性高血压临床治疗中的效果进行分析探讨。方法选取于2014年2月~2015年6月在我院接受治疗的原发性高血压患者74例,并随机分为对照组（36例）和治疗组（38例）,观察卡托普利片和养血清脑颗粒治疗的效果并比较。结果治疗组患者的伴随症状治疗显效率为68.4%,治疗总有效率为92.1%,均高于对照组的36.1%和72.2%,组间差异经检验有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论养血清脑颗粒在原发性高血压临床治疗中的效果确切,对改善患者的伴随症状以及控制患者的血压具有作用。

Objective Clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao Keli（Granules of Tonifying Blood and Clearing Liver Heat）in treatment of primary hypertension is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 74 patients of primary hypertension who were treated in hospital from February 2014 to June 2015 and separated them into control group（36 patients）and study group（38 patients）at random. And then observed and compared Captopril medication effect of Yangxue Qingnao Keli effect between two groups. Results Patients＇ symptoms efficiency and treatment efficacy in study group were 68.4% and 92.1% respectively,which were higher than counterparts of 36.1% and 72.2% in control group. There was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 0.05）. Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao Keli is effective in treatment of primary hypertension, and it is conducive to improving patients＇ symptoms and control patients＇ hypertension.
