复方石斛合剂治疗2型糖尿病的药理评价分析

Analysis of Pharmacological Evaluation of Compound Dendrobium Mixture in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究复方石斛合剂用于治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取我院2014年2~7月诊治的2型糖尿病患者100例进行分组研究,分为研究组患者50例和对照组患者50例,研究组采用口服降糖药物联合复方石斛合剂治疗,对照组单纯地进行口服降糖药物治疗,在治疗前后对两组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白进行测定,比较治疗的效果。结果研究组患者的各项检测指标改善优于对照组。结论复方石斛合剂对于降低患者血糖、调节血脂有效果,药理价值高。

Objective To study the effect of Compound Dendrobium mixture for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Selected type 2 diabetes patients 100 cases for group research from February to July 2014,were divided into research group and control group,each group 50 cases. Research group used oral drop sugar drug joint compound dendrobium mixture for treatment,and control group used oral drop sugar drug for treatment. Fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured in the two groups,then compared treatment of effect. Results Research group of patients with the detection indicators improved significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Compound dendrobium mixture can reduce blood glucose,regulate blood lipid,and has high pharmacological value.
