复方丹参注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的影响

Study on the Effect of Compound Danshen Injection on Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide and Endothelin for Patients With Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察复方丹参注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）和内皮素（ET）的影响。方法随机选取2009年12月~2013年10月于本院进行治疗的102例充血性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,对照组（采用常规治疗）51例,实验组（常规治疗加复方丹参注射治疗）51例。应用放射免疫法监测两组患者治疗期间分泌CGRP和ET水平。结果对照组充血性心力衰竭患者降钙素基因相关肽低于实验组,对照组内皮素水平高于实验组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论复方丹参注射液能有效的改善充血性心力衰竭患者降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的水平,是治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效途径。

Objective To observe the effect of Compound Danshen Injection on calcitonin gene related peptide（CGRP）and endothelin（ET）for patients with congestive heart failure. Methods From December,2009 to October, 2013,102 cases with congestive heart failure were selected in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（Conventional treatment,51 cases）and the experimental group（Conventional therapy and Compound Danshen Injection,51 cases）. The levels of CGRP and ET were monitored by radio immunoassay during the treatment in two groups. Results In control group,the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide in congestive heart failure patients was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,and the level of endothelin was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,P 0.05. There were significant differences. Conclusion Compound Danshen Injection can effectively improve the level of calcitonin gene related peptide and endothelin in the patients with congestive heart failure,and it is a more effective method to treat congestive heart failure.
