摘要
目的探究与分析如何提高通络止痛胶囊的质量标准。方法对通络止痛胶囊分别给予显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别,并对其重量差异、崩解时限、功能与主治等进行分析,从而获得更好的控制药品质量的目的。结果通络止痛胶囊经过不同的检测方法进行鉴别获得了较强的专属性,有效的控制了药品质量。结论通络止痛胶囊为中药制剂,原质量标准处方无药材检验项目,对其进行质量标准提高的研究,有效控制药品质量。
Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to explore and analyze how to improve the quality standard of Tongluo Zhitong Capsule. Methods The weight variation,disintegration time limit,the function and the attending of Tongluo Zhitong Capsule were analyzed by microscopical identification and TLC in order to gain a better way to control the drug quality. Results Different detection methods were used to identify the strong specificity of Tongluo Zhitong Capsule,which effectively control the quality of the drug. Conclusion Tongluo Zhitong Capsule is traditional Chinese medicine,and the original quality standard prescription had no medicinal materials inspection items,which is unable to effectively control the quality of the drug. The research on the quality standards can effectively control the drug quality.
