摘要
目的分析卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的应用。方法利用数字随机法选取2014年6月~2015年6月,我院接收的住院治疗输血患者80例进行抽血检测,分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例,研究组采取卡式微柱凝胶试验方法对患者进行抽血监测,对照组采取传统的方法,分别对两组患者血液样本的血型进行鉴定。结果研究组血液检测正定型率与方定型率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,比较差异有统计学意义。结论卡式微柱凝胶试验方法具有高的灵敏度、安全性、准确性且操作简便。
Objective To analyze the application of gel test in clinical blood transfusion during inspection. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015,receive 80 cases in blood transfusion of patients with blood test,were divided into study group and control group,each with 40 cases. Study group took cassette microcolumn gel test method for blood monitoring of patients,while the control group adopted the traditional method. The blood type of blood samples from two groups of patients were identified. Results The positive rate of blood test in the study group and Fang Dingxing rate were superior to the control group（P 0.05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The gel test method has high sensitivity,accuracy,safety and easy operation.
