摘要
目的分析并探讨在输血检验中应用凝聚胺技术的价值。方法选取100名来我院体检的健康人员,依据输血检验所使用方法的不同将其列入观察组(50名)和常规组(50名)。对照组和观察组分别应用盐水法和凝聚胺技术。结果观察组患者的血液样本的特异凝聚以及非特异凝聚都于4 min之后完全消失,其中,非特异凝聚于15 s内消失的人员共计29名,非特异凝聚于25 s内消失的人员共计21名;在鉴定抗体识别凝聚时,观察组仅需肉眼便可以完成相关操作,而对照组则需要加用显微镜。结论在输血检验中,凝聚胺技术的临床优势有操作简便、反应迅速等,能够有效地减少甚至避免溶血性反应。
Objective To analyze and discuss the value of Polybrene technique in blood transfusion inspection. Methods Selected 100 medical examiners basing on the different methods by the institute of blood transfusion and then divided them into the observation group（50）and the normal grou（50）. The control group and observation group respectively used the method of brine and amine technology. Results The observation group with blood samples of specific condensation and nonspecific condensation disappeared completely after 4 minutes,and 29 samples＇ specific cohesion disappeared within 15 seconds,and 21 samples＇ nonspecific cohesion disappeared within 25 seconds. In the process of identification of antibodies and condensation of recognition, the observation group could be completed the relevant operation with the naked eye,while the control group need to use a microscope. Conclusion In blood transfusion inspection,Polybrene technique was simple and rapid, and can effectively reduce or even avoid hemolytic reaction.
