摘要
目的研究分析急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理方式,寻找有价值的护理措施。方法根据2013年5月~2014年5月我院接收的30例急性心肌梗死患者进行研究分析,探讨心理护理、药物护理、饮食护理、生活护理等护理措施。结果全部患者经护理后,有26例好转顺利出院,4例死亡;患者及其家属对治疗和护理效果满意。结论及时有效的护理能够让心肌梗死患者获得良好的康复效果,对患者的病程延缓,生活质量改善等有重要作用。
Objective To study the clinical nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to find the value of nursing measures. Methods From May 2014 to May 2013,30 patients with acute myocardial infarction were studied and analyzed to explore the psychological care, drug care,diet nursing,life nursing,and so on. Results All patients were treated with reasonable nursing,26 cases improved and 4 cases died. The patients and their families were satisfied with the effect of treatment and nursing. Conclusion Effective nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with myocardial infarction,delay the course of disease,improve the quality of life and so on.
