摘要
目的对浅度溃疡期及坏死溃疡期（以下简称重症压疮）最佳治疗效果探讨和研究。方法选自2004年1月~2015年1月经笔者亲自治疗的60例重症压疮患者,通过对重症溃疡期压疮创面进行清洁清创换药及防止继续受压等方法,观察护理效果。结果经有效护理后,60例重症压疮患者全部治愈,无相关并发症。结论综合的护理干预对于治疗重症压疮患者有效可行。
Objective To explore and study the best result of superficial ulcer and necrotic ulcer（severe pressure ulcer as follows）. Methods 60 patients of severe pressure ulcer from January 2004 to January 2015,who were treated by the author,were taken in the study. Through methods of cleaning,debridement,changing fresh dressing of the wound and removing pressure on the severe pressure ulcer surface,the result was observed. Results By effective nursing,all the 60 patients fully recovered without complication. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective to patients with severe pressure ulcer.
