摘要
目的分析护理干预对结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术围手术期的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年3月~2015年3月本院收治的结石性胆囊炎68例患者临床资料,按照数字表法将患者分成两组,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取护理干预,比较两组手术情况和并发症情况。结果研究组术中出血量、术后排气时间和住院时间均少于对照组,,比较差异均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术患者围手术期予以护理干预,既可以提高手术疗效,又可减少并发症。
Objective Analysis of nursing intervention on the influence of calculous cholecystitis cholecystectomy perioperative. Methods Were retrospectively analyzed from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital clinical data of 68 cases with calculous cholecystitis patients.They were divided into two groups,control group took the routine nursing care,the study group took nursing intervention,then compared two groups of surgery and complications.Results The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in study group were less than the control group,comparing differences had statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Patients with calculous cholecystitis cholecystectomy perioperative using nursing intervention can improve the surgical curative effect,and can reduce the complications.
