摘要
目的研究整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用体会。方法选取2014年2月~2015年2月我院收治的缺铁性贫血患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,即观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行整体护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=17.28,P〈0.05）。结论整体护理在缺铁性贫血中的护理效果突出,能够有效提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the application of holistic nursing in the nursing of iron deficiency anemia. Methods 100 patients with iron deficiency anemia in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was treated with holistic nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=17.28,P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing care in iron deficiency anemia is significant,and it can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction.
