摘要
目的探析癌症患者PICC置管相关静脉血栓的原因及护理措施。方法选取139例接受化疗和输液PICC置管的癌症患者,所有患者均给予优质护理,观察护理效果。结果 139例PICC置管癌症患者中,发生静脉血栓11例,静脉血栓发生率为7.91%;所有患者均未出现重要器官栓塞现象。结论通过给予优质护理,可降低静脉血栓发生率,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective Cause analysis of cancer patients＇ PICC catheter-related venous thrombosis and nursing measures. Methods 139 cases received by chemotherapy and infusion of PICC cancer patients,all patients were given high-quality care,and nursing effect was observed. Results 139 cases of PICC cancer patients,11 cases of venous thrombosis, the rate was 7.91%. No patients experienced embolic phenomena vital organs. Conclusion Giving quality care can reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis,improve the quality of life of patients.
