摘要
目的对临时心脏起博器抢救儿童暴发性心肌炎的护理进行分析和总结。方法包括术前心理护理、术中术后病情观察等。结果 8例患儿病程均缩短,且预后良好。结论临时起搏器植入术安全有效且快速稳定,是挽救生命的重要措施。而与之配套的一系列护理办法则可以有效避免并发症,缩短康复时间。
Objective Analysis and summary of nursing care of the temporary cardiac pacemaker to rescue the children with myocarditis. Methods The methods including preoperative psychological nursing,postoperative observation. Results The course of disease in 8 cases was shorter,and the prognosis was good. Conclusion Temporary pacemaker implantation is a safe,effective,fast and stable measure. And a series of nursing measures can effectively avoid complications,shorten the recovery time.
