摘要
目的探析风险管理在社区卫生服务中心急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法我社区卫生服务中心2014年9月开始实施风险管理,对比实施前后的护理效果。结果实施后患者投诉率、医护患纠纷发生率、护理质量、患者满意度均优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在社区卫生服务中心急诊的临床护理中实施风险管理可降低医患纠纷和投诉事件发生率,提升护理质量及护理满意度。
Objective Effect Analysis of risk management at the community health service centers in emergency nursing management. Methods Community Health Center in September 2014 began the implementation of risk management,compared the effect of the implementation of care before and after. Results After the implementation of emergency nursing management,the complaint rate in patients,medical disputes rates,quality of care,patients' satisfaction were better than before implementation(P 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk management in the clinical care community health service centers of emergency doctors and patients can reduce the incidence of disputes and complaints,improve quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
