老年骨折患者100例综合护理体会

Comprehensive Nursing Experience of 100 Patients With Senile Fracture

目的分析综合护理方式在老年骨折护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年12月~2015年3月本院收治的200例老年骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组及综合组各100例。常规组给予常规护理干预,综合组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果综合组护理质量、生活质量以及疼痛程度分数,不良事件发生率以及疾病知识掌握度,患者护理满意度均优于常规组（P〈0.05）。结论对老年骨折患者进行综合护理干预可提高患者对疾病了解程度、降低患者的疼痛程度以及不良事件发生几率,同时也可有效提高患者的生活质量以及护理人员的工作质量。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing methods in the application of fracture. Methods To choose 200 cases of senile fracture patients as the research object between December 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital,randomly divided into normal group and comprehensive group,100 cases each group. Normal group was given routine nursing intervention,comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Compared two groups of patients＇ nursing effect. Results The quality of care,quality of life and the degree of pain score,the risk of adverse events and disease knowledge to master degree,patients＇ care satisfaction in comprehensive group were significantly better than the conventional group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention of elderly fracture patients can significantly improve the patients＇ understanding of disease,reduce the patients＇ pain degree and the risk of adverse events,but also can effectively improve patient＇s quality of life and work of the nursing quality.
