综合护理对急性重症胰腺炎患者心理干预效果评价

Effect of Comprehensive Care on Psychological Intervention of Patients With Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析综合护理对急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)患者心理方面影响。方法选取我院80例SAP患者,将其随机分为对照组40例采用常规护理,观察组40例采用综合护理,比较两组患者心理方面改善情况。结果干预后观察组症状自评量表中强迫、躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、偏执、敌对、人际关系、精神病性等情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够缓解SAP患者焦虑、抑郁、恐惧情绪,改善患者应对方式,提高患者身心健康。

Objective To analyze the psychological effect of comprehensive care on acute severe pancreatitis（SAP）. Methods 80 cases of SAP were selected and randomly divided into control group（n=40） received conventional care,and observation group（n=40）received comprehensive care,the improvement in psychological of two groups were compared. Results After the intervention,psychological scores of compulsion,somatization,anxiety,depression,terror,paranoia,hostility, interpersonal relationships,mental illness and other psychological evaluation in observation group were significantly lower than control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive care can relieve anxiety, depression,fears in patients with SAP,improve the patient＇s coping style, physical and mental health.
