早期膀胱区热敷对PPH术后尿潴留护理效果的影响

Effect of Early Bladder Fomentation on Urinary Retention After PPH Nursing

目的探讨采用膀胱区热敷对PPH术后尿潴留的影响。方法将90例PPH手术患者随机分A、B、C三组,每组30例,分别于术后6 h、4 h、2 h开始在膀胱区采取热敷,观察各组术后尿潴留发生率。结果 A组发生尿潴留12例(40.00%),B组发生尿潴留6例(20.00%),C组发生尿潴留2例(6.67%),3组尿潴留发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期热敷膀胱区可有效减少PPH术后尿潴留的发生。

Objective To investigate the influence of applying fomentation to bladder area on urinary retention after PPH. Methods 90 cases of PPH patients were divided into A,B,C three groups,30 cases per group,which were applied the hot compress to bladder area respectively at 6 h, 4 h,2 h after operation,so as to observe the incidence rate of postoperative urinary retention. Results Group A had 12 cases of urinary retention（40.00%）. Group B had 6 cases of urinary retention（20.00%）,while group 3 had 2 cases（6.67 %）. Deviation of incidence rate of urinary retention of three groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Early hot compress in bladder area can effectively reduce the occurrence of post- PPH urinary retention.
