摘要
目的观察健康教育在糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院糖尿病患者90例将其分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行健康教育,对比分析两组患者护理满意度和临床指标。结果观察组护理满意度及各项临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者通过健康教育进行临床护理能够有效提高患者临床护理满意度,提高治疗效果,减少住院时间。
Objective To observe the effect of health education in clinical care of diabetes patients. Methods 90 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group used routine care,observation group sed health education based on routine care. Comparative analysis of the two groups of patient S＇care satisfaction and clinical indicators. Results The nursing satisfaction and various clinical indicators were significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Diabetic patients in clinical care through health education can improve patients＇ satisfaction,improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce hospitalization time.
