摘要
目的探讨手术室护理应用两种护理模式的效果,总结护理经验。方法我院2014年8月~2015年7月,接收入院的手术患者共68例。利用随机数字表法,将68例患者分成研究组与对照组,各组均34例。研究组应用舒适护理,对照组应用常规手术室护理。对比并剖析两组的护理效果。结果研究组术中及术后的心率以及血压水平,均优于对照组。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的护理满意度相比,研究组高（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理法合理用于手术室护理中,可弥补常规护理中的不足,并起到维持患者生命体征稳定性的作用,应用效果好。
Objective Discuss on the effect in the operating room applying two kinds of mode,and sum up nursing experience. Methods From August 2014 to July 2015,receiving 68 patients with surgery. Using the random number table,68 subjects were divided into research group and control group,each group were 34 cases. Application of comfort nursing in study group,control group used conventional nursing. Contrasted and analyzed the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The intraoperative and postoperative heart rate and blood pressure levels of research group were better than the control group. Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Compared two groups of nursing satisfaction（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing methods used in the operating room can play a role in maintaining the stability of the patient vital signs,and the application effect is good.
