探讨老年2型糖尿病鼻饲患者引起低血糖的因素及护理措施

The Causes of Hypoglycemia in Elderly Patients With Type 2 Diabetes for Nasal Feeding and Nursing Measures

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病鼻饲患者引起低血糖的因素并提出相应护理措施。方法选取2014年1~12月在我院接受治疗的2型糖尿病鼻饲引发低血糖患者50例作为观察组,同期选择鼻饲未发生低血糖患者50例作为对照组,分析两组患者的基本资料,探究引起低血糖的原因及护理措施。结果由本次调查结果可知,观察组患者联合感染率高于对照组,联合用药6种以上概率高于对照组,肝肾功能异常患者比例高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论积极预防感染,合理用药,加强肝肾功能保护对预防2型糖尿病鼻饲患者引起低血糖具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate factors of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes that caused hypoglycemia and proposed appropriate nursing interventions. Methods Selected 50 cases by nasal feeding type 2 diabetes patients caused hypoglycemia as the observation group from January to December 2014 in our hospital,select the same period feeding without the occurrence of hypoglycemia in patients with 50 cases as control group. Analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients to explore the causes of hypoglycemia and nursing measures. Results From the results of this survey,the observation group of patients with combined infection rate was higher than the control group,the combination of 6 kinds of drug using rate was higher than the control group,the proportion of patients with abnormal liver and kidney function was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Actively preventing infection,rational drug use to strengthen the protection of the liver and kidney function in the prevention of type 2 diabetes caused by hypoglycemia has a positive effect.
