探讨呼吸内科护理中责任制整体护理的应用效果

Application Effect of Responsibility System in Nursing Care in Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨呼吸内科护理中运用责任制整体护理的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月我院收治的呼吸内科住院患者80例,将患者按照护理方法的差异分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者实施传统护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施责任制整体护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理应用效果优于对照组,两组患者护理满意率、住院时间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论呼吸内科护理中运用责任制整体护理模式具有良好的临床效果,可促进患者康复,提高患者满意率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using the responsibility system in the nursing of the department of internal medicine. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,80 cases of hospitalized patients in respiratory department of internal medicine were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group of patients with traditional care,the observation group of patients on the basis of control group for the implementation of the responsibility system for the overall care,comparing the two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference of nursing satisfaction rate and hospitalization time between the two groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The use of responsibility system in nursing care in the department of internal medicine has a good clinical effect,can promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve patients＇ satisfaction rate.
