Cause Analysis and Nursing of Complications After Uterine Arterial Embolization

目的对子宫动脉栓塞术后常见并发症原因及护理措施进行讨论分析。方法选取妇科收治的80例子宫栓塞术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其常见的并发症及发生原因,探讨合理有效的护理措施。结果术后主要并发症为穿刺部位血肿、疼痛等。结论探讨子宫动脉栓塞术后患者常见的并发症,明确其产生原因,可以有效地进行并发症的预防,减少患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Uterine artery embolization complications causes and nursing measures were discussed and analyzed. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of uterine gynecological embolization patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized its common complications and causes,to explore reasonable and effective care measures. Results The main complications were puncture site hematoma and pain. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization patients understanding common complications, clearing its causes,can effectively prevent complications and reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
