优质护理服务模式在甲状腺瘤围手术期的应用价值评价

Application Value Evaluation of High Quality Nursing Service Mode in Perioperative Period of Thyroid Tumor

目的对甲状腺瘤患者围手术期使用优质护理的临床效果进行评价分析。方法 2012年1月~2015年1月我院选取126例甲状腺瘤手术患者,分为对照组和观察组,均有63例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受优质护理,对比两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的围手术期血压异常率是9.52%,心率异常率是25.4%,对照组的血压异常率是28.57%,心率异常率是44.44%;观察组术后视觉模拟评分VAS和焦虑评分SAS比对照组低（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的护理满意度是96.83%,对照组是80.95%,结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲状腺瘤手术患者围手术期接受优质护理能够对患者的身心状态起到改善效果,提升手术安全性和满意度,稳定患者的治疗情绪和状态。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high quality nursing care for patients with thyroid tumor. Methods From January 2012 to January 2015,we selected 126 cases of thyroid tumor patients to study. They were divided into control group and observation group,63 cases each group. The control group received conventional nursing,the observation group received high quality nursing,then compared with two groups of clinical nursing effect. Results The abnormal rate of blood pressure in the observation group was 9.52%,and the heart rate was 25.4%. The control group was 28.57% and 44.44%. The visual analogue scale（VAS）and anxiety scale（SAS）were lower in the observation group than the control group（P 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.83%, the control group was 80.95%,and the results were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care can improve the physical and mental status of patients,improve the operation safety and satisfaction,stable patients with the treatment of emotional and state.
