砚山县狂犬病暴露疫苗接种后血清抗体检测结果分析

Analysis on the Results of Detection of Serum Antibody for Population Exposed to Rabies after Vaccination in Yanshan County

目的了解狂犬病暴露后疫苗接种效果。方法选取砚山县疾病预防控制中心犬伤门诊进行狂犬病疫苗接种者357例,检测接种后血清抗体情况。结果狂犬病疫苗接种血清抗体阳性率为98.04%,2012年阳性率97.71%与2013年阳性率98.35%差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;男女血清抗体检测阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;60岁及以上血清抗体阳性率显著低于21~59岁组血清抗体阳性率水平（P〈0.05）。结论砚山县狂犬病暴露后疫苗接种免疫效果较好。

Objective To analyze the vaccination effect of rabies exposure. Methods 357 patients with rabies vaccine recipientsin Yanshan County Center for Disease Control and prevention rabies clinics were selected,patients were serum antibody detected after vaccination. Results Rabies vaccination serum antibody positive rate was 98.04%,The positive rate was 97.71% in 2012,98.35% in 2013,This difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Detection of serum antibody positive rate was no significant difference between men and women（P 0.05）.Serum antibody positive rate in group 60 years-old and above Significantly below the group 12 ~ 59 year-old（P 0.05）. Conclusion Yanshan county has a good Vaccination Immune after rabies postexposure.
