血液透析中心规范化建设的实践及思考

目的探讨血液透析中心规范化建设的内涵,观察规范化建设对血液透析中心管理水平的影响。方法自身对照研究、以血液透析中心扩建改造为契机,血液透析中心的环境布局、管理制度、医疗质量等为观察对象。以《北京市血液透析质量控制和改进中心》考核评分标准为观察指标。对比规范化建设前后我血液透析中心在环境布局、管理制度、医疗质量等各项得分的数值变化。结果规范化建设前环境布局、人员配备、设备管理、规章制度、透析用水、病案管理、诊疗治疗、质量持续改进得分为150、270、60、320、480、100、160、50;规范化建设后环境布局、人员配备、设备管理、规章制度、透析用水、病案管理、诊疗治疗、质量持续改进得分为220、400、75、370、480、150、200、100,P<0.05。结论规范化建设后血液透析中心在环境布局、管理制度、医疗质量等方面有所提高,规范化建设可以显著提高血液透析中心的管理水平。

Objective To explore the connotation of blood purification center standardization construction, observe the impact of standardized construction for hemodialysis center management level. Methods Self controlled study is opportunity for the hemodialysis center extension and reconstruction. Hemodialysis center environment layout、Management systems,and medical quality as observe objects.In ＂Beijing control and improve quality of hemodialysis center＂ the assessment criteria as observation indexes. Contrast before and after the standardization construction of our hemodialysis center in environmental layout and management system, medical quality score values change. Results Before the standardization construction of environmental layout, staffing, equipment management, rules and regulations, dialysis water, quality of medical record management, medical treatment, continuous improvement score is 150,270,60,320,480,100,480,50;After standardization construction environment layout, staffing, equipment management, rules and regulations, dialysis water, quality of medical record management, medical treatment, continuous improvement in score of 220,400,75,370,75,150,200,100, P 0.05. Conclusion After Standardization construction, the hemodialysis center in layout, environment management system, medical quality has significantly improved, the standardization construction can significantly improve the management level of hemodialysis center.
