摘要
目的探讨胆道损伤的预防和处理。方法本组收治的胆道损伤18例患者,对其临床预防和处理方法资料进行分析。结果 18例胆道损伤经手术修补,所有患者均愈合出院。结论胆道损伤的治疗应及时发现、尽早处理。手术时机的争论主要集中在术后早期还是晚期进行修复。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of biliary tract injury. Methods The group treated 18 cases of bile duct injury prevention and clinical treatment methods were analyzed. Results 18 cases of bile duct injury after surgical repair in all patients healed and discharged. Conclusion The treatment of bile duct injury should be timely detection and early treatment. The debate focused on the timing of surgery in the early postoperative or late to fix it.
