阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道感染治疗中的应用分析

Analysis on Azithromycin in Treatment of Children Patients with Respiratory Tract Infection

目的对阿奇霉素小儿呼吸道感染治疗中的治疗效果进行探讨分析。方法选取于2013年11月~2014年7月在我院接受治疗的32例小儿呼吸道感染患儿,按照住院单双号随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组分别采用头孢拉定和阿奇霉素治疗,密切监测患儿的临床症状变化以及不良发应发生情况。结果采用阿奇霉素治疗的治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义,治疗有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道感染治疗中有着较好的疗效,能够缓解患儿的病情并且副作用较少。

Objective Clinical effect of Azithromycin application in treatment of children patients with respiratory tract infection is to be studied. Methods Choose 32 children patients with respiratory tract infection who are treated in hospital from November 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into control group and study group according to patients＇ hospitalization date number（odd number and even number）. Patients in these two groups are given Cefradine treatment and Azithrpmycin treatment respectively; and then make an observation on children patients＇ clinical symptoms changes and its side-effect incidence. Results Treatment efficacy of patients which are given Azithrpmycin treatment in study group is higher than that in control group; besides, side-effect incidence in study group is less than that in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P 0.05）. Conclusion Azithromycin application is of efficacy in treatment of children patients with respiratory tract infection; it is conducive to relieving patients＇ symptoms with few side-effects.
