消旋卡多曲颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Racecadotril Granules combined with Montmorillonite Powder Treatment of Infant Rotavirus Enteritis

目的分析使用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的同时搭配使用蒙脱石散的临床效果。方法选择116例入院治疗的婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎患者,随机分成A、B两组,A组单独使用蒙脱石散治疗,B组则在A组基础上搭配使用消旋卡多曲颗粒。比较两组治疗后的临床效果、不良反应和病症消失时间。结果治疗后,B组的总有效率比A组高(P<0.05),对比差异有统计学意义。全部患者在治疗期内未出现较严重的不良反应。结论使用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的同时搭配使用蒙脱石散,治疗效果比较好,缩短病程,加快病症好转,不良反应的出现几率较小。

Objective Analysis the effect of Montmorillonite Powder combined with Racecadotril Granules in Treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis. Methods Select 116 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis patients,were randomly divided into group A and group B,Montmorillonite Powder as monotherapy in group A, group B using a combination of Racecadotril Granules on the basis of group A. Comparison of two groups of clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and symptoms disappearance time. Results After treatment the total effective rate of group B is higher than group A（ P 0.05）,the difference was significant. There was no serious adverse reactions in all pateint during treatment. Conclusion Racecadotril Granules combined with Montmorillonite Powder Treatment of Infant Rotavirus Enteritis,have a good effect, reduces the cours,and less incidence of adverse reactions.
