前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果观察

Effect Observation of Alprostadil in Combination with Valsartan in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察前列地尔联合缬沙坦对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者24 h尿微量白蛋白(UAlb)及肾功能的影响。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者100例,随机分为三组,缬沙坦治疗组33例给予缬沙坦胶囊80 mg,1次/d,疗程4周,前列地尔治疗组34例给予前列地尔注射液10μg,1次/d,静脉注射,疗程14 d,联合治疗组33例给予两药联合治疗,治法相同,观察治疗前后各组患者24 h尿微量白蛋白(UAlb)和血清肌酐(Scr)水平的改变。结果与治疗前相比,各组患者UAlb水平均有改善(P<0.05),联合治疗组改善更好(P<0.05),而Scr水平无明显变化。结论缬沙坦和前列地尔可有效治疗糖尿病肾病,减少UAlb,两药联合应用治疗效果更好。

Objective To explore the effect of Alprostadil in combination with Valsartan on the UAlb levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods 100 patients with DN were separated into three groups,33 patients in Valsartan treatment group were given Valsartan Capsule 80 mg, once a day, for 4 weeks;34 patients in Alprostadil group were given 20 μg Alprostadil, once a day, for 14 days,33 patients in combination group were given both drugs,the treatment method was the same, the levels of 24 h UAlb and Scr of all groups before and after treatment were measured. Results The UAlb levels in all three groups were significant Iy reduced compared with before treatment（P 0.05）, especially in combination group（P 0.05）,there were no significant differences of the Scr leves. Conclusion Valsartan and Alprostadil are both effective for the treatment of DN, and can slow the progress of DN. If the two medicines were used in combination, therapeutic effect will be better.
