摘要
目的观察厄贝沙坦片联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压患者的治疗效果。方法随机将170例原发性高血压患者平均分为两组,对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片+卡托普利片治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦片+硝苯地平治疗,比较临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦片联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压效果良好。
Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of Primary hypertension with nifedipine and irbesartan tablets. Methods We averaged 120 Primary hypertension patients into two groups. The control group treated with nifedipine ＋ captopril tablets,and the observation group used the Irbesartan Tablets＋nifedipine treatment, comparing the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Nifedipine combined with Irbesartan Tablets is remarkable.
