肩周炎中医治疗分析

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

目的探讨肩周炎的中医辩证治疗分析。方法选取2015年1月~6月收治的肩周炎患者40例的中医辩证治疗方法资料进行分析。结果40例患者经治疗,治愈21例（52.5%）,显效8例（20%）,有效10例（25%）,总有效39例（97.5%）,无效1例（2.5%）。结论按型施治的方法,对肩周炎采取相应分型治则和方药。中药内治加推拿积极预防则完全可以避免肩周炎的发生。

Objective To investigate the treatment of Chinese medicine frozen shoulder syndrome. Methods From 2015 January to June Patients admitted Chinese dialectical therapy data 40 cases were analyzed. Results 40 patients were treated, cured 21 cases（52.5%） were cured, 8 cases（20%）, effective 10 cases（25%）, total effective 39 cases（97.5%）, 1 patient（2.5%）. Conclusion According to type and treatment method, the frozen take appropriate parting Therapeutic and prescriptions. Internal medicine treatment and massage actively prevent, the occurrence of frozen shoulder is completely avoidable.
