评价分析白花蛇舌草方剂联合放疗对食道癌患者生活质量的影响及临床疗效

Evaluation of the Effect of Oldenlandia Decoction Combined with Radiotherapy on Quality of Life of Patients with Esophageal Cancer and Its Clinical Efficacy

目的评价分析白花蛇舌草方剂联合放疗对食道癌患者生活质量的影响及临床疗效。方法选择2013年5月~2015年5月本院接收的食道癌患者70例,将其分为两组,每组各35例,对照组接受放射性治疗,试验组接受白花蛇舌草方剂联合放射性治疗,对比两组患者接受不同治疗方法后的生活质量以及临床疗效。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为60.00%,优于对照组的40.00%,且生活质量优于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。。试验组患者两年生存率优于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论白花蛇舌草方剂联合放疗可提高食道癌患者的生活质量,延长患者生存时间,治疗效果良好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of spreading hedyotis herb prescription combined with radiotherapy on quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer and its clinical efficacy. Methods Select 2013 in the hospital may 2015 may receive 70 cases of esophageal cancer patients, divided into two groups, each with 35 cases in each, the reference group accept radiation therapy, the experimental group received Oldenlandia decoction combined with radiation therapy, compared two groups of patients received different treatment methods of quality of life and clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 60%, significantly better than the reference group 40%, and the quality of life was better than the reference group（P 0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was no significant difference（P 0.05）, no statistically significant. Two years survival rate of the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group（P 0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Herba Hedyotis diffusae prescription combined with radiotherapy can greatly improve quality of life of patients with cancer of the esophagus, prolong the survival time of the patients, treatment effect is significant.
