摘要
目的分析影响生化检验结果的标本处理因素及对策。方法 600例进行生化检验的患者,100例人为造成标本溶血为溶血组;100例抗凝剂过量为抗凝组;100例延长水溶时间为水溶组;100例水温提高>37℃标本为水温组,100例进行口服治疗性用药4小时后进行采血为用药组;100例血量减少进行检测为低血量组,分析比较不同组患者的检测结果。结果经过处理后的血液标本检测结果准确、不准确、接近结果、差异性较大所占的比例与常规检测结果相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液标本应避免发生溶血,放置时间过长、抗凝剂过量添加、用药、水浴水温过高、水溶时间延长等,这些因素易影响标本检测的准确性。
Objective To analyze the specimen processing factors affecting biochemical test results and its countermeasures. Methods 600 cases that received biochemical tests were divided into 100 cases of human-induced hemolysis, 100 cases of anticoagulant excess, 100 cases of aqueous solution time extension, 100 cases of water temperature 37 ℃, 100 cases of blood sampling after 4 hours of oral administration, and 100 cases of decreased blood volume. To analyze and compare test results in different groups. Results The proportions of post-processing blood specimens test results in accurate, inaccurate, close, and largely different were different compared with conventional test results, which was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Blood specimens should avoid hemolysis; long standing time, excess anticoagulants, medication, high water bath temperature, prolonged water-soluble time etc. can lead to inaccurate results.
