摘要
目的探析彩超在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查中的价值作用。方法选取收治的640例高危孕妇,采用回顾分析法,对其胎儿先天性心脏病的彩超筛查诊断结果进行总结分析,并结合最终结局的随访结果。结果 640例产妇资料中,先天性心脏病胎儿共27例,彩超筛查诊断24例,诊断准确率为89%,漏诊3例,漏诊率为11%。结论彩超进行胎儿先天性心脏病筛查具有较高的准确率。
Objective Value the role of ultrasonography in screening fetal congenital heart disease. Methods Select our hospital 640 cases of high-risk pregnant women, retrospective analysis, summarized and analyzed the results of its ultrasound screening and diagnosis of congenital heart disease, combined with follow-up results of the final outcome. Results 640 cases of maternal profile, a total of 27 cases of fetal congenital heart disease, ultrasound screening and diagnosis of 24 cases, the diagnostic accuracy was 89%, missed 3 cases, misdiagnosis rate of 11%. Conclusion Fetal ultrasound screening for congenital heart disease have a higher accuracy rate.
