心理护理在血液透析护理中的影响

The Influence of Psychological Nursing in Hemodialysis

目的通过对血液透析患者进行心理护理,提升患者就医满意度和舒适度,保障血液透析患者治疗过程中的安全性和稳定性。方法选取来本院进行血液透析患者80例,随机分为护理组和常规组两组,每组40例,常规组患者只进行常规的血液透析护理治疗,护理组在常规组的基础上增加相应的心理护理干预,针对患者情绪、行为、语言表达等各方面情况进行专项护理,两组患者经过一段时间的血液透析治疗后,调查两组患者的就医满意度及舒适度,同时观察两组患者并发症发生率,并进行对比得出结论。结果根据大量数据的比较,在就医满意度和舒适度方面,护理组高于常规组,在并发症发生率方面,患者出现心律失常、高血压、低血压等情况护理组小于常规组。结论通过对血液透析护理患者进行心理护理干预,能够有效地提升整体的护理质量水平,增加患者就医满意度和舒适度,降低患者并发症的出现,且心理护理干预对患者生理、心理等各项身体机能都有一定的改善作用。

Objective Through the study of the psychological nursing of patients with hemodialysis, improve patient satisfaction and comfort, to ensure the security and stability in the process of hemodialysis patients. Methods Selection for 80 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital, nursing group and routine group randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, conventional group only for regular hemodialysis patients nursing treatment, nursing group on the basis of the conventional group increase corresponding psychological nursing intervention, against patients＇ mood, behavior, language expression and so on various aspects of special care, two groups of patients after a period of hemodialysis therapy, the investigation of two groups of patients satisfaction and comfort, at the same time observe the complication rate of two groups of patients, and compared the conclusions. Results According to the comparison of a large amount of data, in terms of treatment satisfaction and comfort, care is higher than the conventional group, the incidence of complications, patients with cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, hypotension, and so on and so forth nursing group is less than the conventional group. Conclusion Through psychological nursing intervention in patients with hemodialysis nursing, can effectively enhance the level of the overall quality of care and increase patients satisfaction and comfort, reduce the occurrence of complications, patients and psychological nursing intervention on the patients physiology, psychology and so on various body functions have certain improvement effect.
