摘要
目的探讨急性肾衰竭的临床护理。方法选取2014年1月~2015年6月收治的急性肾衰竭患者18例临床护理资料进行分析。结果经治疗痊愈14例,未愈3例,死亡1例。结论通过对急性肾衰竭患者临床护理,纠正水电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡,控制感染及血液透析等治疗。可以提高疗效,改善患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical care of acute renal failure. Methods January 2014 ~ June 2015 of acute renal failure in patients treated 18 cases of clinical care data were analyzed. Results The treatment of 14 cases treated, healed three cases, one case of death. Conclusion The clinical care of patients with acute renal failure, correct water and electrolyte imbalance and acid-base balance, control infection and hemodialysis therapy. Can enhance the effectiveness and improve the quality of life of patients.
