护理质量持续改进对子宫肌瘤切除患者康复的影响

Effect of Continuous Improvement of the Quality of Care on Rehabilitation of Patients with Myomectomy

目的研究分析护理质量持续改进应用于子宫肌瘤切除患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月~2015年6月收治的子宫肌瘤切除患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理质量持续改进,对比两组护理质量情况。结果观察组基础护理、病房管理、护理文书、安全护理、消毒隔离和急救护理等评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理质量持续改进应用于子宫肌瘤切除患者效果佳,能够有效改善患者护理质量,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of continuous improvement of the quality of care on rehabilitation of patients with myomectomy. Methods We selected 108 cases of patients with myomectomy, who were received by our hospital for treatment from June 2013 to June 2015.They were randomly divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional care. And the observation group was given Continuous improvement of the quality of care. the care condition of the two groups were compared. Results For patients of the observation group, their primary care, ward management, nursing instruments, safe care, disinfection and isolation and emergency care score were significantly better than that of the control group. And the difference was significant（P 0.05）; the care satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Effect of Continuous improvement of the quality of care on rehabilitation of patients with myomectomy is obvious. And it can effectively improve the quality of patient care, and promote early recovery of patients.
