糖尿病患者的高血压型别分布状况与相关因素分析

Analysis of the Distribution of Hypertension in Patients With Diabetes Mellitus and Related Factors

目的探讨糖尿病患者的高血压类型的分布状况的影响因素。方法收集合并高血压的糖尿病患者,据血压水平分为A、B及C组,来分析糖尿病患者高血压类型的影响因素。结果 A组的影响因素有吸烟、性别、年龄、职业、空腹血糖(FPG)、TG、HDL、BMI及eGFR;B组的影响因素有年龄、FPG、HDL、BMI及eGFR;C组的影响因素有性别、年龄、喜咸、TC、BMI、hs-CRP、饮酒及eGFR。结论吸烟、性别、年龄、职业、TG、TC、HDL、血压、BMI、运动、hs-CRP及eGFR是不同糖尿病患者高血压类型的影响因素。

Objective To explore the influence factors of the distribution of the typers of hypertension of the patients with diabetes. Methods Patients with diabetes were collected, which were divided into A, B and C group. The influence factors of the hypertension type of the patients with diabetic. Results Smoking, gender, age, occupation, FPG, TG, HDL, BMI and eGRF were the influence factors of the A group patients. Age, FPG,HDL, BMI and eGFR were the influence factors of the B group patients. Gender, age, like salty, TC, BMI, hs-CRP, drinking and eGFR were the influence factors of the C group patients. Conclusion Smoking, gender, age, occupation, TG, TC,,HDL, Bp, BMI, sports, hs-CRP and eGFR were the influence factors of different typer high blood of the patients with diabetes.
