无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的临床探析

Clinical Investigation on Tension-free Hernioplasty in Treatment of Hernia

目的探析无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的临床方法及效果。方法收集2014年9月~2015年8月在我院接受治疗的疝气患者66例,以随机抽签的方式分为实验组和对照组,每组各33例患者。给予实验组33例患者采用无张力疝修补术进行治疗,给予对照组33例患者采用传统修补术进行治疗。结果实验组患者的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,平均住院时间短于对照组,并发症的发生率与复发率低于对照组,且两组相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无张力疝修补术在治疗疝气方面具有显著效果,能够有效减少患者术中出血量,缩短患者住院时间。

Objective Tension-free hernioplasty method and its effect in treatment of hernia are to be studied. Methods 66 hernia patients who are treated in hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 were chosen and separate them into study group and control group at random with 33 patients in each group, patients in study group are tension-free hernioplasty treatment and patients in control group are given conventional repair treatment. Results Patients＇ operation time, surgery hemorrhage and their hospitalization days in study group are less than counterparts in control group, besides, complication incidence and illness reoccurrence probability in study group are much lower than these in control group, there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty is effective in treatment of hernia, it is conducive to relieving patients＇ surgery hemorrhage and shortening their hospitalization days.
